You must contact us before returning any item. If you are not satisified, a refund will be issued less a 20% restocking fee. Each item is shipped via a commerical carrier and is insured. If the item is damaged in shipping, it is your obligation to notify the carrier, show them the original shipping container, and the damage to the item. They will issue you a receipt for the item, and the courier will ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of the item from the courier, a replacement will be sent to you.
